Our insurance coordinators are equipped to handle a variety of insurance claims. Companies routinely change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles, but we do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on the information available to us. Sometimes, it can be nearly impossible to estimate a patient’s co-payment. Many insurance companies will not disclose fees until after your treatment is completed. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time-consuming.




As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance.

All information we have about you and your insurance must be current.




Although we will gladly file a claim on your behalf, you may want to submit the claim to your insurer yourself. Insurers typically process claims filed directly by policyholders faster than those filed by health care providers.




Most dental insurance policies only pay for a portion of the procedure or procedures that need to be done.




Private + Group Insurance




As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary claim forms, receipts, and other information to your insurance company. When we receive your insurance company’s payment, any balance due will be billed to you, and any excess balance will be refunded.
